emotional release guide

No such thing as
positive or negative emotions

Yet we have learned through generational conditioning to relate to our emotions in that way. This is why we now so often welcome and want some emotions, while we resist and see other emotions as unwanted. We often, but not always, tend to want and welcome the emotions that are more high frequencies rather than dense. But the emotions spiral is not an indication of “negative” or “positive” - but rather simply an indication of different density.

The truth is that ALL emotions are part of life, part of being a human. Just like all colors are part of the rainbow, all emotions are part of being alive.

Suppressed or Expressed emotions

When we meet an emotion with resistance and try to ignore or disconnect from it, it becomes suppressed. Sur - pressed = pressed down. It does not disappear magically. Even if it might seam like it for a while if we seemingly “successfully” manage to distract ourselves with scrolling, buying, eating, socialising, working or whatever is our usual hook and addictive behaviour. But it does not disappear. It stays in our body as unresolved energy.

feel it, to heal it

You might have heard these words before.
Simple and short, yet potent and true.

When we allow ourselves to feel, to express whatever it is that we are feeling the energy and emotion gets alchemised. It is like a wave that just wants to pass through our system and after it’s done so, it eases.
